Show query status

Hi friends,

How can I show the status of a query. i.e when I click a button and a query runs then on a form the status is shown like "Please wait query is running ".

Put it in VBA in your form (Sub button click), as MsgBox, or as a litle form with this message.

You can also use the following statement

DoCmd Echo True, "Running Query, please wait...."

This inserts the text from above on your status bar.
