Show Taskbar (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone. I am humbly requesting on how to show Taskbar when the form is opened. Please kindly look at the attached database and please look at the form frmMainBG1. I want it when opened, taskbar should be seen such that when a form is minimized, should be seen in taskbar.

Mine is hidden by default anyway.
