I did so and now it works but I lke the datasheet view better as I can filter there.

I've never done to much in datasheet view, other than display data, but at least it gets you started.

You could even use Conditional Formatting for the InOut field and do away with code altogether.

Hi Gasman,

I did the conditional formating and it looks great now. If I need to check how many and who is connected, I just filter and see them
I can finaly know who is keeping the database open when I need to fix something and waste such much time waiting for all to close it.
