Showing Picture not icon

I am using access 2007 on vista and I want to show the picture in the form for the OLE field but it is only showing the icon. I didnt choose the option to show the icon and I instered the file not the link.... Any Ideas?

Is it going to be a bound picture or an unbound picture?
