Hi,
I am an old-hand at computer programming (since the mid 70s). I don't program much anymore but still have that bent of mind. Now I consult with sawmills on how to get the most out of their automated cutting systems.
I'm learning Microsoft Access on a sort of need-to-know basis because one of my clients has an elaborate spreadsheet system which would more properly be a database (at least at its core).
So far I'm loving it and I have been directed to this forum more than once when trying to understand hurdles I was up against. Now I have a puzzle I'm finding no answers for so I thought I'd try asking.
Hopefully some day I'll know enough to respond to someone else's inquiry...
