Simple Database Help

Hello guys,

I am currently putting together a Simple Invoicing System but having some problems. I hope I can describe them so you are able to help me!

This is my relationships within Access;

I have drawn on the image below. I want to show 'License Fee' on my form from the 'address details'

When i attempt to add a field from another database it moves onto the form fine, but doesent show any Data relevant.

Can anyone offer me any help on this?
