Simple Email Button

I've just created a parts database which holds data on customers and parts informaion they have ordered etc.

I have an email field which I would like to place a button next to which when clicked, opens a new message window in my email client and takes the email address from the field in the DB.

The field name is "Email" (how very original).

Use the send object method

DoCmd.SendObject [objecttype],[objectname],[outputformat],[to],[cc],[bcc],[subject],[messagetext],[editmessage],[templatefile]

In the "[to]" position you would replace this with your field name
