Simple excel calculation - no success in access

I am trying to build a cumulative percent movement on Access as per attached spreadsheet.

i.e to calculate Monthly column C from column B

This looks like an Access question and should be in the Access forum, which one will depend on where you are trying to do this, more information will be required.
