Simple Replication Question

I have a team of 9 people. I want to replicate my access database (on my laptop) and distribute the database to all team members. Do i create a new replica for each member, or give them a copy of a single replica ?

I have same question on my database. Since no one can give any advice on subject of "REPLICATION". I assume this will be a hard quesiton to answer or impossible to do this by Access replicas.
