Greetings,
I would like to skip records from the table and not print them in my report based on a value of a field, for example 'none'. How do I do that and where does the code go? Is it an IIF statement in the Control Source of the Data tab of the field? Can someone please provide a coding example? I've searched Help and other sources but came up empty. Many thanks!

In the query for your report, for the field criteria put something like Is Not "None" I am not sure of the exact words, but if you use the builder it wil help you, it may be <> "None"

This helped me immensely as well. Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks Kryst51! The criteria I added to the field in the query was: <>'none' . That eliminated nearly all unwanted records. It still printed 2-3 (don't know why) but that was better than the scores it would have printed.

If the criteria isn't exactly "none" then it won't filter it out, what are the criteria that would filter out those other unwanted records? Don't forget that you can use "and" or "or" where appropriate to filter out more records in the same field.

Oh, and You are welcome! :D
