With the precious help form Ritchie, I decided to go with one subform for each timeslot. I have a lot of subforms on my main form, but it works OK.

Glad you got it fixed, but you might want to put your closing message in the same thread as your original question. Because I wasn't reading the original, I have no idea what you got a solution to, or how you did it.
