It may not be showing because your height of detail is too high. Bring the detail part to the appropriate height and try it like that.

To amplify onur_can's comments, the formatting between Report View and Print Preview is different, because Print Preview is trying to show you what the printed page will look like. Report View is NOT a preview and so compresses things considerably. There IS such a thing as zooming in or out on the image size when in print preview mode. The REAL test is to print a page or two on the intended printer to see how that looks. Usually when you go to print something, you get a printer dialog that lets you choose to only print a couple of pages.
