Some kind of calendar.....

Hello everyone.

I have a access application (access 2003) running but i want to make some changes in it....

There is a problem with displaying our planning.

I shall describe the problem:

On our location we help people with anti-snoring braces. On a few days in the month we help the people in our lab.

What do I want:

I want to generate a overview of the first 1 or 2 days so we see if there is place for new people. The day is split in blocks of 10 min.

I can create such planning in Excel but i want it in some kind of form so it is clickable. Because when a client calls i want to push on a button called "planning" and then a form opens up with 30 buttons. Each button represents a block of 10 min. For blocks (appointments) that are allready taken I want the id of the customer on the block so i can see which client has an appointment. If a block is empty, i want to click on it and the customer (from which i opened this form) will be registered on that time.

I think this is the only way to create a clickable calendar (per day).

Can someone help me or point me in the right direction ?

The first look is promising. But i have to look in to it to see if i can rebuild it to display days instead of months.
