Dear all,

I have a cross tab query that returns monthly data by year. There is also a field where users place a one off project cost. What I want to do is only show the one off cost once in the query basicall if the report runs more than 1 year i only want to show the one off cost in the last year.

The attached shows what i need removing in "Red"
