I would like to sort records based on a range of years for a chart. The chart is based on a cross-tab query. An example of this range would be 7/01/2003 to 01/30/2006. I would like to sort this based on oldest date to newest date. Listed below is an example of the Row source of the chart.
TRANSFORM Count([Monthly Complaints Received Breakdown Q].Month) AS CountOfMonth
SELECT [Monthly Complaints Received Breakdown Q].Month
FROM [Monthly Complaints Received Breakdown Q]
GROUP BY [Monthly Complaints Received Breakdown Q].Month
PIVOT [Monthly Complaints Received Breakdown Q].Year;
When the chart is previewed, it lists the months in order (January through December). I would like to have it show July to June.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
