Consider the following pair of checkboxes:
- Garage
- 3Bdrm

I would like to sort & label my report the following way:

Non 3Bdrm, Non Garage

3Bdrm, Non Garage

Non 3Bdrm, Garage

3Bdrm, Garage

This is my first attempt at this, and I'd like to use the access GUI for sorting/grouping/labeling. Am I over-reaching the capabilities of Access?

So far in the design wiew I have gotten things sorted the way I need them:
Group on Garage cleared to selected
-Group on 3Bdrm cleared to selected
- -Sort By Price

All the breaks are there between the groups, I just can't seem to get the labels right.

Everytime I try grouping or sorting, (I assume because it's a checkbox) The labels are the same whether the value is checked or not.

If I have to code, I will, but I would need help with exactly where to add the commands/code.

Thanks so much, in advance!

Nevermind. I decided creating 4 separate reports that are pre-filtered work much nicer as sub reports of a 5th.

Thanks anyway!
