Sorting and grouping

My boss wants me to sort a list of passengers in a report

By the following criteria

SalesmanNumber
PassengerLastName
Company

Now, she wants the people in the same company together. I tried using the keep together thing on whole group and first detail, didnt work. Any ideas?

u 1st grouping should be Company.

2nd grouping should be SalesmanNumber

Detail Section should be PassengerLastName


on the 1st group u can create a footer, put no data in and then force new page after section. Thiswill keep the Company data together.

well salesman number first works fine, that way all the companies under that salesman are listed, which is fine.

Then the companies need to be sorted by the passenger last names. thats what i need

Use the wizard

When you use the report wizard it allows you to group on many different levels. I think this is the easiest way to go about this.
