Sorting in reports

Hi there people

I was just wondering if the sort could be removed from groups.

Secondly i have a size field by which i want to sort out a report - and i want it to display small, medium, large and then extra large - how should i go about doing it??

Bert,

I don't understand your first question. You can remove
all sorting by using the Sort options on the Toolbar.
You can also specify sort orders WITHIN groups.

To get the small, medium, ... you can use the Iif statement
in the query for the report:

TheSize: IIf([qty] < 10, "Small", 
         IIf([qty] Between 10 And 20, "Medium",
         IIf([qty] Between 10 And 20, "Large", "Extra Large")))

I tried to format that for readability. It won't look like
that in your query.
