Sorting Report Details

I have a report that is sorted by certain fields in it's detail area. When I right click the "detail" section , then click "Sorting and Grouping" it shows the rows where the sorting entries are made. I understand that the first row is the first order of sorting. Can I rearrange the order of these rows without deleting them? For example, I want to make the second row to be the first sorting criteria. Any thoughts?

If my understanding of your question is right you wish to make the second sort the primary sort.

This can be done by hovering your mouse just to the left of the sort line until the pointer turns into the black arrow. Left click highlights the line, then this can be dragged and dropped to where you wan it to appear in the sorting criteria.

Well... You are understanding the question, but the drag and drop method of rearranging the sort doesn't seem to work. I'm using Access2000. Any other thoughts?
