This is problaby the better way to do it becuase the splash screen won't stay up for long if the db loads really fast.

Click to expand... I had actually already made my own, but wanted to be rid of any trace of MS in the startup! Thanks for hte advice though!

maxmangion AWF VIP Local time Today, 17:49 Joined Feb 26, 2003 Messages 2,805 Jun 10, 2004 #7 my workaround for this is that usually i create a 1 x 1 pixel bmp, to get rid of the splash screen. then i create a startup form with the desired image/logo and set it on timer to close itself and opens your switchboard form.
