I have a db with a .bmp in the same folder and the access 2000 db won't show it instead of the access splash, and ideas.

This is problaby the better way to do it becuase the splash screen won't stay up for long if the db loads really fast.

I had actually already made my own, but wanted to be rid of any trace of MS in the startup!

my workaround for this is that usually i create a 1 x 1 pixel bmp, to get rid of the splash screen. then i create a startup form with the desired image/logo and set it on timer to close itself and opens your switchboard form.
