split hyperlink to text and URL

I have an Excel sheet full of Hyperlinks, e.g. like John Doe or Famous Sites. I'd like to split this cell to one containing the text ("John Doe") and another with the URL ("abc@yourdomain.com").

Unfortunately, I don't know how to do.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
