spliting the detail section?

this is how my report looks:

Title

Time users

[=time] [=users] @@@@@@@@@@@@

=Now() ="Page " & [Page] & " of " & [Pages]
##Report Footer##############################
graphs...
#########################################

it displays on average 9 records for the report and a lot of space to the right of the records (the @@ signs represent the space) and i want to put a graph there... is it possible?

Anything is possible! Yes it is possible to put a graph there. Are you going to be using the graph as a subreport? Reports are very flexable and if you play around with the size of your fields, you can stick pretty much anything you want in your reoprts. I hope that helped!

ok so i know i can now.. but how..

the layout is like this for the detail section

so that it makes it in a table,,,, so the detail section is only about 1cm in height when in design mode????

so how do i go about doin it?

know any links that explain it?

I see what you are saying now! If you put your graph in your detail section, it will be repeated 9 times or however many records you have. The best way would be to split your report to 2 columns and use the space that way too. Going to File/Page setup and change the column to 2. Then you can have your graph at the bottom and your extra space will be field too

lovly idea but not very nice looks wise...

etc... (without the .....'s i jus used them here for spaces..)
i would like it to do more like

is that possible???

Go to page Setup again and change your column layout at the bottom to Across, then down. You can even change your column size to make the layout look better. I hope that solves your problem
