Splitting up a report

I have a db with an SQL BE and Access FE. This is an app that prints out what we call "travelers". These are barcoded pieces of paper that have certain info on them that go to our production workers. They define what the worker is supposed to make.

They are based on a query that has the following two fields (in addition to others, but these are the key fields for this question).

TubQty (the amount of pieces that will fit in a tub)
MakeTotal (the amount of pieces we need to make)

So, lets say we have to make 500 pieces and we have a tub qty of 100.
We may have 5 different machines that would make this part, so each worker would need their own traveler of 100 pieces.

I need to be able to split that 500 piece record into increments of 100, and have each one generate on my report.

Clear as mud???

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated...

TIA
Tena

I know this is not the answer but it would seem to me that you would take the total pieces to be made and divide it by the number of machines available and then store this result in a table.

Might need more explanation from yourself.
