You'll notice, if you take a closer look, the qualification was further refined as "council employees" I wouldn't be so presumptious as to mention the "W" word together with council in the same breath

Our council often enlist primary school pupils to assist with the annual cull. The reason being, if the kids do it, the council employees don't need to...

And, children recover from cuts so much faster......

Ahh, the travelling people don't venture into our county, but who knows what the future may hold

I shall make sure they get to hear about a land where they have space to set up tips, er sorry camps, and point them in your direction. The Council may even offer them a grant to p*ss off

As council employees are we paid to think? So, technically, your error was a job well done

And, children recover from cuts so much faster......

and if they have to take a sick day because if something they've touched it's no great drain on the NHS, no sick days to pay for.
