Ok where do I start

I have created the database in access 2016. How do I go about transferring the to a SQL server.

Can someone point me in the direction of an idiots guide. Everywhere I look says its in database tools but all I see is sharepoint and split database

Upsizing Wizard is no longer available in A2016. maybe this will help:
