Standalone mdb application

Hi y'all

I work in an IT team who have developed an MS database.

It is intended for a user who does not have and will not be allowed Access on their machine. Does anyone know of an independant shareware / freeware app that will access the db?

MS developed the MS Access Runtime, included in MS Office Developer Edition, which run you Access-application.
