Start up form

My start up form has a lot to do when it first loads. How can I stop the database window showinging the form untill it is completly loaded, so no one can see the form building up?

I'm not sure but if you're using an autoexec macro then you could try changing the order ie put your switchboard form first in the macro so it will load firstly then access can do what it has to in the background.
