Startup form doesn't show anymore

I've got a problem opening one of the forms. It's the startup form, but it doesn't show anymore. Also the code behind the form isn't accessible anymore. I get an error saying I cancelled the previous action. Also trying to open it manually doesn't work.

All other form work perfectly.

This never happened before. Maybe if I tell you what I was doing at the time it went wrong, it rings some bells.

I used the create Switchboard wizzard. It stated it couldn't find a switchboard, which was correct, and started asking me questions to create one. When I fininshed I had a form, but wasn't pleased, so I chose not to save it and delete the codemodule along with it.

Immeadeately after this my startup form didn't work anymore

Have you checked your Startup parameters to see what it says?

Do you mean at which form is used to open automatically.

It's called SwitchBoard. (Not a switchboard created by Access, but a normal form called switchboard by me)

This doesn't open either automatically or by double clicking on it.
