Still trying for 2 columns

I am trying to create a phone list. The data only take up one half of the page but are 3 pages long. If I can get the data to wrap into 2 coulumns, I can get it all on one page.

I have read the suggestions in the March 2000 post, "Can I have two columns of data on a report???". These suggestions do not work for me. Any other methods?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago.

I could get get my report to format to columns, but not to hold that format. When I would restart, I was back to one column.

Try this:

Set up your report with columns as you would like it to appear. Then, go to Tools/Options/General and uncheck "Perform Name Auto Check".

That worked for me.
