Stock Control System

I'm making a pharmacy stock control system..
I want an updatable query which subtracts the field QuantityInStock from QuantitySold,so that i get QuantityLeft..(It must be calculated automatically).!
Can someone help!

Add this as a new column in the query:

QuantityLeft: [QuantityInStock] - [QuantitySold]
