Storing forms-information in Excel

Hi there,
I want to create a form, based on the standard email-form, to collect information from collegues.
Storing that information in Excel seems very manual. Is there a way to automize this? The data should not be linked: once the template hits my inbox, I keep the from for the record, but I want to store the information in Excel to analyse it.

Can a macro extract data from an Outlook form, and populate an Excel table with it??
