Strange FormOpen Error. Pls help....

I have a very strange problem which cropped up all of a sudden. I cannot open couple of form in Datasheet view or FormView. It given an error that I have never seen before. An err.jpg is attached.

These 2 are the most critical forms of the application and I am just not being able to crack this problem.
