Stuck on form design

Hi guys I'm stuck on how to design a form. I have set up a database to keep track of nurses and patients.

I need a form that allows the scheduling of nurses to patients, all i want it to keep track of is what nurses went on what day, what week it was and who they visited.

This form is currently backed up by its own table, tblschedule, if you will. Since alot of this information is automatically filled in from tblpatient im not sure how to set up the form where it will save all of this information effectively. Im trying to use a tabular subform to populate automatically with all the patients but this has been unsuccessful so far.

First, it sounds like your source for the form is a table?... make it a query.
Second make sure your DB setup is correct... Sounds like 3 tables tblNurses, tblPatients, and tblSchedule. tblSchedule being a junction table... One to many from the other two..
If that is your setup and you create a query from that, containing all 3 tables, your form should flow fine.
