You add a subform the same way you do any other control. Click on the subform icon on the toolbox, then click where you want it on your form. If you have the wizard engaged, it will walk you through the process of identifying the subform and the field that links the main form to the subform. Of course you have to create the subform before you attempt to add it to the main form.
