Subdataset and Reports

Hello all
I'm having a nightmare with a query and the only way I can get it to return what I want is using a subdataset on the main query. Problem is when I try to create a report, it doesn't pull through the values from the subdataset, anyone have any suggestions?

Any info really appreciated!
