Does anyone know if the background color on subforms can be changed to transparent?

I have a form which contains 4 subforms. The main form has a picture that likes up with the 4 subforms, but when i go to make the sub form background color transparent it is greyed out.

Cna this be done, or is there no way around this.

Cheers

Close the main form. Edit the sub form directly and make the background transparant. Then edit the main form, select the group inwhich the sub form resides, (detail) and change that background also. I haven't tested this, but if both places are transparant, is should work.

I have tried to change the sub form on its own, and the main form on its own, and the transparent symbol is still greyed out.

You don't set an Object to be Transparent using the Back Color Property, you have to use the Back Style Property, And since Forms, Sections of Forms, and Subform Controls do not have Back Style Properties, the answer is 'No!' Sorry.
