The only report I saw was withdrawn by the reporter. Are people contacting you directly?

I did some editing, possibly incorrectly since I'm new at moderating. But the problem was that the little indicator on the top row that says we have a reported post didn't go away even after I edited out the offending material. I didn't know if there was something else to be done.
