Hi all!
Here is the problem: I have an order form with a subform for the order details...pretty standard...but now we've decided to start a lot number system. What I need to do is be able to place a lot number on each detail line for the product shipped but then realized that I will need to enter more than one lot number for each product at times. So one order has many details lines but now each detail line may have many lot numbers. For some reason I can't seem to get my brain around it. I know that if i put the first subform into single form layout i can add another subform but that will be confusing to the users. Is there a way that I can have a lot number on each detail line but if there is more than one I can use the double click event to open another form that allows many for that one detail line? How do I set up the tables and associations?
Much Thanks
