Subform not showing details

Hi Everyboby

I have a form [create Purchase Order]with a combobox[supplier] synchronized to a subform [order details] with 3 more comboboxes [description][spec][size] all synchronized as well, this all works fine when I create a new Purchase order and it prints out fine and populates the 2 tables correctly but when I want to go back and try to amend or add to it in the form, the subform is empty. I think I might have to do a requery somewhere but unsure how and where to do so.

Please can some help i'm going bald trying to sort this.

Try putting a Requery in your event action that takes you back to the previous form. It will need to go before the actual action of close/open form etc.

Hi Martin

Tried that, it did not make any difference. Maybe it's link missing or something really stupid of me to miss it. I have attached the database for anyone to help me with it.

When you open form Create Purchase Orders it does show anything in the subform, but if you look in the tables PO Details and PO No's you will see the tables are populated. Also if you put info into the form it works and then you can print a purchase order as well.

Please help me someone.
