Hi there again,

I have changed my form and used a subform, but I can't figure out how to still link the multi selection employees to the subform.

Please help.

Thanks,
Jennifer

PROBLEMS!!! PLEASE HELP.

I have looked at all the examples (the lastest on, ManytoMany example) of people many to many relationships, subform problems and mulit selection questions, and I still can not figure out how to save the multi selection of peoples name to my sub form.

I have attached my example and have simplied the subform to only the course combo box.

Please, if anyone has successfully got a mutli selection list box to link to a sub form, please help.

I have read many people have wanted to do this, but haven't figured it out yet.

You really should not start new threads on the same topic. I added a new form and made changes to your table structure. The new form does what you need to do but does NOT require any code. Hopefully you will now be able to understand how to apply the rest of the many-to-many solution to your problem.
