Subform question for data entry form

Greetings, all--

I am redesigning an application to have a data entry area seperate from a records access area. The current form makes use of tabs and a subform in each tab. I want to basically duplicate this for the data entry form which would be opened in dataentry mode.

Is it a good idea to use the same subforms in both the data entry and record access forms, or should there be different subforms for each function?
