Subform save record.

I have a form whit 2 Subform's in it when i insert a value in 1 of the 2 subforms i want it to insert a value in the other subform. sothat it creates a new record in the tabel.
Because nou i keep getting Field cannot be updated. and i hope that this will go away when i save the record before putting in a value...


Please help
