Subform Trouble!

I have a form with an attached subform. The subform is in datasheet view and is used for data entry. The input screen in the subform has 18 necessary fields. The problem is that after the user tabs to the 10th field the fields are no longer visible unless the user leaves the keyboard to scroll the remaining columns into view. This wastes large amounts of time and is cumbersome for the data entry person. I'm trying to find a way for them to view whatever field they are entering data into. Any ideas? Thanks.

That's a LOT of fields!

You could try to make the subform in a columnar or justified view?

You wouldn't be able to see it in continuous view though.
