help data base urgent solution

Please to anyone; help is needed.

i have this form whit subforms placed on separators.

these subforms origin tables are related to the main on a one-to-one relation.( there can be only one entry on the subforms for each record on main.

i tryed to create a record on main form, but the DB says i cant keep it because i have to create a record on the sub forms.

next i will place jpegs for you to have an idea of the DB.

any actions i have to do to prevent this.
i want to be able to insert records on the subforms only if i have to.

thanks a million.

Why do you have separate tables for Restaurant, Bar etc?

good question

They were on a single table an had:

bar - yes no field an memo field whith same name.

if you clicked yes you should insert data on correspondant memo field.
someone told me to split the table in the diferent subjects and drop the yes no field.

for me it made sense because if you have only the memo field displayed and it has data, the opion was yes.

but for the spliting ( this came on a thread i started on a relation sceeme i had and you entered the thread too.

well .... any ideas.

Access 97 version, rather than 2000 or higher. Looking at your attachment, it looks as though it is higher, so could you convert it down to 97?

Compact the db first, then zip it. You should then be able to post it here. that way, more of us can try to help as we can all see it. I'll send you a private message (with email address) just in case the db is still to large to fit on here.
