Hi
I've been searching the forum and the web regarding my problem with my subreport repeating for every record in the database. I only want the one page I'm looking at.
I have a patient DB that will run reports for the viewed person.
It works fine but I've placed the subreports in the detail area and it repeats for all records resulting in maaaaaany pages to print. I only want the one record I'm currently viewing.
some background about the DB
I have a search page showing a special record at a special date.
When I open the report based on this ocation I get all the records for the person viewed.
The report is based on the persons data (ID) in the master report placed in the page header. The subreport is placed in the detail area. If I place the subreport in another area it will only show the first record in the table.
Is there any way to only show the record viewed in the form in the report?
Mikael
