Subreport spans on two pages

Hi all,
I have a subreport containing a list of items in two columns, formatted to be displayed DOWN and ACROSS. It is inserted at almost the end of the main report. If the subreport contains several records, the whole subreport is displayed on the next page. I wanted to display the first lines on the first page and the rest on the second one. The Keep Together option does not work for the subreport. Can someone provide me a solution please?
