THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! subtotalling
Hi,
I have another problem a stupid monkey like myself cannot solve...
I have a report that shows a Schedule- with items on it. Only one schedule is shown at a time, although there are many in my database. The report is grouped by schedule ID (though not required 'cos only one shown) and then the item ID.
Each item has a value, and I total these up at the end. BUT....
The problem is:
I need to sum the values on each page (i.e. produce a total for each page)- and probably store this in the page footer. How to do this is beyond me!! Can you help??
Finally I need a summarising page like this that lists the subtotals for each page:
Page 1 £1212
Page 2 £1452
Page 3 £122
Page 4 £7
...
Total £2793 (NB this bit at bottom of page)
I know I've asked a lot... but I am a stupid monkey... I keep on trying but I'm sure this is impossible!!!!
