Sum Total sees a third decimal (1 Viewer)

HI: I've got a report whose Sum refuses to total the 2-decimal values as seen on the report. Instead, the Sum finds a third decimal amongst them (that may have been rounded into an individual value earlier), resulting in a higher Sum than the report reflects if added manually. I've tried to correct this by limiting all sources of values to 2 decimals, as well as the format of the Sum. I've also gone to the tables and switched all currency to 2 decimals as well. I suspect the 4-decimal commission rate applied against the values may be the culprit, however the user needs the rate to be this precise. Please help, thanks.
