I have an accident & injury database which has two seperate tables, one tracks accidents involving company vehicles, the other table tracks injurys to employees.
I need a report to mimmick, or at least closely resemble a spreadsheet that we currently use to recap our accidents at the end of each quarter. (See attachment to see what this looks like)
There are two things I am not clear on when trying to create this type of report. The first is for each type of accident I have to get just the number of accidents for each month, and then the total dollar amount for each month. I do not know how to do either of these particular functions.
