Hello,
I work for an insurance company. We send out surveys to agency managers on how their new hires are doing. The surveys are always the same questions, except where we have them put in their first and last names and the new hire agent's first and last name. We are currently creating surveymonkey surveys and manually copying and pasting results into a spreadsheet.
I am not super familiar with Access, but I know there is a way that you can send surveys from the database via e-mail and once they recipient responds, their responses automatically update the database. This is what I am trying to create. I need there to be multiple choice answers with only 1 response being allowed per question. In my research online I found where I could create a survey through Access, but for some reason it only allowed people to type in their responses not choose specific answers (1, 2, 3 or 4 are the answers I will want) with 1 being the worst and 4 being the best.
Some of the managers have two or three new hire agents at a time that I might be surveying them about. What I was actually hoping for was that based off a date trigger, a survey e-mail would automatically generate out to the manager with the agent's name included in the subject so they knew who they were responding about, and their resopnses would automatically update in the database in the correct record for that specific agent.
Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
